Personally, these blew my mind. I've been thinking about doing this alteration for a long time, and I finally got to it. It's 1/2 caramel and 1/2 a dark ganache. The combination is superb.... ok at least to me it, I guess you'll have to decide for yourself. Ingredients: Cream, sugar, vanilla, glucose syrup, butter, salt, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, Tamarack Jacks honey Milk Chocolate Pistachio Blueberry Melt
These have also disappeared every time I bring them out, so figured I wouldn't go wrong with this one. I presented them a bit differently and they have a touch of dark chocolate (see the shell). I also used the coconut oil which has a bit of an aroma so they will taste slightly coconutty. Ingredients: Milk Chocolate, Coconut Oil, Pistachios, Dried Blueberries Summer Breeze
These delicious, mouth watering delights came out of inspiration. I was looking for a way to experiment with my meltaway recipe but wanted my creativity to take over, and boy did it ever. These are fresh tasting, and bright They have huge notes of cream and citrus. Ingredients: White chocolate, coconut oil, orange oil, coloured cocoa butter Pistachio Domes
These are simple and delicious, a combination of salted pistachios and creamy milk chocolate. This is my version of a nut cluster, don't they look cool! You Did What!?
I need to spend some time coming up with a good description of these, but when I saw the recipe I was a bit hesitant and excited all a the same time. It was either going to be a disaster or a surprising twist...... See if you can catch the intriguing ingredient I used in these... and then tell me what you think after you've tried it!
