Salted Milk Chocolate Caramel
Description These morsels are one of our top seller at Shade Tree. The combination of the chewy caramel, milk chocolate and salt is so satisfying. These tend to have a shorter shelf life that other caramels, as there is more cream in them. It's what make them nicer to eat than more chewy or harder caramels. They will last a long time, but sometimes if not eaten with 6 weeks, you may notice the texture will change a bit. Ingredients milk chocolate, cream, sugar, glucose, butter, Mexican vanilla, sea salt, maldon salt * Contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten. 
Winter Bonfire
Description This bon bon is an absolute fan favorite at the shop, so of course I had to make more. During the summer, this little chocolate is better known as Glamping, because it's essentially our take on a smore. Because it's winter, we decided to call it Winter Bonfire, because sometimes its great to have a roaring bonfire with some hot chocolate and smores. 
Stranger Things
Description This bon bon has a bit more of a backstory, which we won't get into right now until we nail it and announce it. It was inspired by someone, and certainly lives up to its name. That's all we can say about it right now, just know that you got to try it first! Ingredients 54% dark chocolate, white chocolate, coconut oil, lemongrass oil, nerds candy, coloured cocoa butter * Contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten. 
Cookie Butter
Description This little chocolate incorporates milk chocolate and biscoff cookie butter. That's it, simple and yet, so delicious. Ingredients Milk chocolate, biscoff cookie butter, coloured cocoa butter * Contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten. 
Open Sesame
Description A rich nutty(but not nutty?) flavoured milk chocolate. This one is mixed with milk chocolate and tahini (crushed sesame seeds) and a bit of caramelized sesame candy. Ingredients milk chocolate, tahini, sesame snap bits, coloured cocoa butter * Contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten. 
Silent Night
Ingredients - 54% Dark Chocolate, coconut oil, popping candy peppermint oil, coloured cocoa butter contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten

London Fog
Description We have a few variations of Bon Bons using Earl Grey tea, what can we say.... we love us some Earl Grey Tea. That being said, we wanted to try out one that was reminiscent of a London Fog drink, since we have a killer one at the shop. Boy did we nail this! The shell is dark, because we wanted a touch of bitterness to offset the white chocolate Earl Grey ganache found inside. We added vanilla bean to it to acknowledge the Vanilla syrup found in a London Fog. The outside is intended to look a bit like falling rain on a window pane, with misty fog in the background. Ingredients 54% dark chocolate, white chocolate, cream, glucose, earl grey tea, vanilla pod, butter, coloured cocoa butter 
Green Cardamom
Description being updated as we speak This lovely chocolate is a milk and dark chocolate ganache infused with green cardamom. It's simple and has a nice flavour. Ingredients 70% dark chocolate, 54% dark chocolate, milk chocolate, honey, butter, cream, green cardamom, coloured cocoa butter * Contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten. 
Haskap Raspberry Creamsicle
Description We wanted to play with this one a bit and use local Haskap berries and raspberry chocolate. If you bite it in half, you'll see a double layer of the berry mix and the white meltaway. Ingredients White, dark, haskap, raspberry chocolates, coconut oil, coloured cocoa butter. * Contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten. 
Mystere
Ingredients - milk chocolate, cream, vanilla bean, orange zest, lemon zest, glucose, butter, coloured cocoa butter contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten 
Bengal Spice
Ingredients - milk chocolate, cream, bengal spice tea, vanilla beans, glucose, butter, coloured cocoa butter contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten |
Ginger Caramel
Description If you've had our regular salted caramel, you know its good. We've wanted to do a variation on this, and add ginger to it, so here you go. We may need to add a bit more, but the extra on top really makes it work well. Ingredients 54% dark chocolate, cream, butter, sugar, glucose, salt, Mexican vanilla * Contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten. 
3Racha
Description This is a little spicy, as it has 3 elements of heat. Inspired by the KPop rap line of Stray Kids, it takes their same name of 3Racha. Ingredients 54% dark chocolate, hot honey, butter, cream, habanero chili, calabrian chili, coloured cocoa butter * Contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten. 
Summer Breeze 2.0
Description Its almost the same as our original summer breeze, but honestly, we had dried strawberries at the studio, and wanted to try them out. Ingredients white chocolate, coconut oil, orange oil, dried strawberry, coloured cocoa butter * Contains traces of nuts, dairy and gluten.
