HI Shelley, I created this page specifically for you. I did copy it from another page I made up for another business in Edmonton. I realize your customer profile would be different than theirs, as they service a business district, and you service tourists who are probably going hiking.

I will show you some of the gift box options that are available, but I believe your customer base would lean heavily on people purchasing for themselves or a group of people they happen to be with.

Customer Profile - Buying for Themselves

This customer is usually coming in for themselves, they either impulse buy as a snack that they will eat right away, or will come back because they like what they had and crave more.

 Global Citizen Bars - 8 Flavours Retails For $7.65
These are basically chocolate bars, they are really good as a bar for personal consumption, or as a gift to give to someone. What I also like about this bar, is that it may speak to a tourist who is from outside Alberta or even Canada, so this map and position as a Global Citizen Bar may be appealing to them (if they even read the lable)

  Salted Caramels – Retails For $6.95
Our Salted Caramel are one our top sellers. If you have a customer who is a salted caramel fan, they usually rave over ours. This would be a good, easy treat to pack in a backpack for hiking and sharing on a mountain top.

These are kind of like Crunchie Bars – These are our 2nd top seller, people usually comeback for these. These would also be easy to tuck into a backpack and share on a mountain top picnic.

Meltaways - Retails For $6.95
These are kind of like the round Lindor chocolate balls, they are super melty due to coconut oil.   These are good for sharing or eating by themselves, but I do worry that they would melt too fast in a backpack as they have a lot of coconut oil in them. If they were soft, they would be messy to eat :)

These are boxes of coffee bark, they're so simple and yet so addictive.   I'd say this would be good for a camper, more than a hiker.

Chocolate Dipped Cookies - Retail For $3.95
These chocolate dipped cookies are just extra. Cookies by themselves are great, but dip them in chocolate and they become exceptional! These are just good, anytime, anywhere :D yes I'm biased.

Chocolate Dipped Sour Gummies $4.95
These dipped sour candies are a bit addictive. They are a treat that kids love....... BUT I admit that I also find myself eating them after the kids have gone to bed.  Also good for stuffing into a backpack.

Dark Chocolate Dipped Twizzlers - Retails For $4.95
These are odd ducks, strangely addictive, and customers keep coming back for them.

• Red Twizzlers - These are the ones most people like as expected
• Black Twizzlers - These ones... not as many people like them, BUT  black licorice lovers are black licorice lovers and they will come back more often for these than the red licorice lovers. Trust me.... I'm a black licorice lover.

​Customer Profile - Buying a gift for someone else

This customer isn't looking for themselves, they aren't as concerned over price, and more concerned that something looks presentable and delicious. They are usually looking for a box to bring to a dinner party, and anniversary party, a birthday, or for a client thank you. These are also good to take home as a gift you brought home from Jasper.

Seasonal Chocoalte Items

Here are come examples of Creations that have been made for the various chocolate seasons. Some of these items would have to be transported carefully, and are available on special orders only.  Also, they shouldn't be kept in stock regularly, as people would loose interest in them.

This is an example of a Valentine's Day box. These bon bons are meltaways and not ganache, so they have a longer shelf life than bon bons filled with Ganache.

The bunnies are like chocolate bars, with different flavours, and the foiled eggs are caramel, peanut butter and marshmallow.

The next bunch of pictures of Filled Ornaments and Eggs I've made over the last couple of seasons. They are usually Painted Spheres filled with a variety of goodies. I usually encourage customers to smash them and then eat them, as it's part of the fun.  These items would need more care in transportation. I would probably bring something like this down myself as I would not trust a shipping company.
